TYPE OF MOTIVATION.

  TYPE OF MOTIVATION. Intrinsic Motivation. Intrinsic is not a synonym of internal (Oudeyer & Kaplan 2013). When someone is motivated internally, they are said to be intrinsically motivated ( Vindhya & Yallatti 2019 ). This kind of motivation originates from a person's enjoyment or interest in the work. It requires the experience of inner pleasure in the task itself (Obiekwe 2016). Some tasks are naturally motivating for people while others are not, and not all tasks are intrinsically motivating for everyone (Ryan & Deci 2000). When a worker doesn't exhibit any interest in what they are doing or lacks the necessary skills to accomplish the work correctly, extrinsic motivation is a useful tool. Incentive programs without financial compensation are more intrinsic (Filimonov 2017).   INCREASE EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION. There are several different strategies for motivating employees. Some organizational techniques aim to increase employee motivation. Different work arrangements including job rotation, job sharing, and flexible scheduling have been acclaimed as significant motivators (Sabir 2017) . The employee has more authority over the planning, execution, implementation and supervision of the job in this workplace and is given the chance to put his strengths to use.   MOTIVATION FACTORS. There are several factors that can motivate employees. Generally speaking, there are multiple factors involved, and they all work together to create the employee's map or set of motivations. Not only one factor. These factors are categorized into external and internal (Jain et al. 2019). The main factor in motivating employees to improve their performance at organization is money (Abdullah & Islam 2012). Advancement. The word "advancement" refers to an increase in positive status (Alshmemri 2017).   Achievement.   METHODS AND WAYS OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION. There are two main methods for employee motivation. They are financial motivation and non-financial motivation. When discussing financial motivators, it refers that the organization spends a large amount of money directly on the reward, or the employee receives cash reward. A bonus payment or a higher pay is the most basic financial reward. If an employer needs to motivate his employees, he should think about each employee and identify what non-financial rewards can be offered to particular employees (Burton 2012). ·          Motivated by motivation theories.   MOTIVATION THEORIES. Herz berg’s two -factor theory. The theory shows that there are several factors that can motivate employees in the organizational context, and there are several factors that can gratify employees. but even if it is not there do not present dissatisfaction. The two-factor theory of motivational factors and hygienic factors is another name for the theory (Varma 2017). Motivational factors such as salary increment, positive work environment motivate employees. Hygienic Factors such as organization policies, wage reductions, unhealthful relationship with managers and co-workers can demotivate employee ( Jain et l. 2019). The theory highlighted that the factors can only ever be either motivators or hygiene factors, but cannot be both on the same time. ( Herzberg 1959), (Table 1.01).
